Track Your Order
Track Your Order
Every Buyazy order ships with tracking. Here is how to find yours, what the statuses mean, and what to do when something looks wrong.
Start with your email
Check your order confirmation email first. It confirms the order number, the items, and the shipping address we have on file. It does not contain a tracking number, because nothing has shipped yet. It does contain a link to your order status page, which updates by itself as your parcel moves — that link is the easiest way to check on things.
Your tracking number arrives in a second email, the shipping confirmation, sent when the parcel leaves the warehouse. That normally happens within 1 to 3 business days of ordering. Its subject line includes the word "shipped" and your order number, so searching your inbox for "Buyazy" will surface both emails.
If you cannot find either, check your spam, junk and promotions folders. Shipping emails land there more often than you would expect. Still nothing? Email support@buyazy.com with the name and ZIP code you used and we will resend both.
Tracking is quiet at the start — how quiet depends on your item
A tracking number is generated when the label is printed, often hours before the carrier physically collects the parcel. Until the first scan at a sorting facility, the tracking page may show nothing at all, or only "label created."
| Your item | Normal quiet period |
|---|---|
| In-stock items, shipping from our US warehouse | up to 48 hours |
| New arrivals, coming from the maker overseas | up to 5 to 8 days |
That longer window on new arrivals catches people out, so it is worth knowing: an international parcel gets its first scan, then often goes dark while it travels between countries, then reappears when it enters the US network. Nothing is wrong. Your product page told you which kind of item you ordered before you bought it, and your delivery estimate is in your confirmation email.
What each status means
| Status | What it actually means |
|---|---|
| Label created / Shipment information received | We have packed your order and printed the label. The carrier has not scanned it yet. Normal for up to 48 hours on US stock, longer on new arrivals. |
| In transit / In possession of carrier | The parcel is moving through the carrier network. It may sit at one facility for a day between scans, which is routine. |
| Departed origin country / In transit to destination country | On new arrivals only. The parcel has left the origin country. Expect little or no movement for several days while it is in the air or at sea. |
| Customs clearance / Import scan | On new arrivals only. The parcel is being processed on arrival. Duties are already paid, so there is nothing for you to do and nothing to pay. This usually takes a day or two. |
| Out for delivery | On a truck for delivery today. Most carriers deliver by early evening. |
| Delivered | The driver marked it as handed over or left at the address. See the section below if you cannot find it. |
| Exception / Delay / Held | Something interrupted the route: weather, an access problem, a bad address, or a sorting error. Most clear on their own within a day or two. |
| Return to sender | The carrier could not deliver and is sending it back. Email us — we will refund the item price, or reship it once you confirm the corrected address. |
Tracking says delivered, but nothing arrived
This is the most common delivery problem, and it usually resolves within a day. Work through these steps in order.
- Ask everyone at the address. A roommate, family member, front desk or building manager may have brought it in.
- Search the property. Check behind planters and porch furniture, under the doormat, beside the garage, and anywhere out of view from the street. Drivers hide parcels deliberately.
- Ask immediate neighbors. Parcels are left next door more often than they are stolen.
- Check the mailbox and any parcel locker. Smaller items go inside more often than people expect.
- Give it 24 hours. Carriers sometimes scan a parcel as delivered and drop it the following morning.
If it still has not turned up, email support@buyazy.com within 7 days of the delivery scan with your order number and ZIP code. We will open a trace with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund. That window matters, because carriers limit how long a claim can be filed.
Tracking has stopped moving
If there has been no movement for 7 days on a US order, or 10 days on a new arrival travelling from overseas, email us with your order number. We will open a trace with the carrier. If the parcel cannot be located, we replace or refund it — you are not left carrying the loss.
