Returns & Refunds

Buyazy offers 30-day returns on eligible items. If you change your mind, the item does not suit your space, or it is not what you expected, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or materially not as described, we will provide a refund or replacement.

What we cover

  • Change of mind. Return any unused item within 30 days of delivery.
  • Faulty or defective items. Products that do not work as intended because of a manufacturing defect.
  • Damaged in transit. Items that arrive damaged during shipping.
  • Incorrect items. Wrong item, size, color, quantity, or missing components.
  • Materially not as described. The item differs significantly from the description, specifications, or photographs shown on our website.

Change-of-mind returns

For change-of-mind returns, items must be:

  • Unused.
  • In their original packaging.
  • In resalable condition.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and process your refund after the item is received and inspected.

What is not covered

  • Used, worn, washed, assembled, or installed items that are not faulty.
  • Items damaged while in your care.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
  • Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Items returned without contacting us first.

Non-returnable change-of-mind items once opened or used

  • Personal care and wellness products.
  • Bedding, pillows, mattress protectors, and towels removed from sealed packaging.
  • Food, beverages, supplements, and other consumables.
  • Used pet products.
  • Earbuds, face coverings, and similar body-contact items.
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products.
  • Gift cards.

These exclusions do not apply if the item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@buyazy.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, include clear photographs.
  4. Wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Refunds and replacements

You may choose either:

  • A full refund to your original payment method.
  • A replacement item, subject to availability.

Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days of return approval.

Order cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched by emailing support@buyazy.com.
