How Buyazy ships: where your order comes from and when it lands
September 16, 2026
If you have not ordered from us before, the fair question is: where is this actually coming from, and when will it turn up? A lot of online stores are vague about that. We would rather just tell you.
Your order ships from inside the United States
Buyazy orders are picked and packed at a fulfillment warehouse in the US, not sent individually from overseas. That one fact explains most of what follows.
It means your parcel travels on a domestic carrier — USPS, UPS or FedEx — the same way anything else you order online does. It means there is no customs queue, no import processing, and no brokerage fee waiting for you at the door. And it means delivery is measured in days rather than the three-to-six weeks that direct-from-overseas shipping takes.
We mention it because it is the single biggest difference between stores that look similar from the outside.
Shipping is free on every US order
No minimum spend, no threshold to hit, no shipping added at the last step of checkout. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
We would rather price the product honestly than advertise a low number and recover it in shipping at checkout. It also means you never have to add something you do not want in order to qualify for free delivery.
The timeline, honestly
There are two stages, and people often merge them into one — which is where disappointment comes from.
Stage one: dispatch. Usually 1 to 3 business days after your payment is approved. This is the warehouse picking, packing and handing the parcel to the carrier.
Stage two: transit. After dispatch:
- In-stock items from the local warehouse: roughly 2 to 6 business days.
- New arrivals: roughly 3 to 8 business days.
So a realistic door-to-door figure for most orders is about one week, sometimes a little under, sometimes a little over.
Those are business days, and they are estimates given in good faith — not guarantees. Weather, carrier backlogs and the weeks around major holidays all stretch them. Anyone promising you an exact date for a standard-shipping parcel is guessing.
Two things that look like problems and are not
"Label Created" and nothing else for a day or two. This is normal and it worries people more than anything else. The carrier generates the tracking number when the label is printed, but the record does not update until the parcel is physically scanned at a sorting facility. A day or two of silence at the start is the system working as designed, not a lost parcel.
Two parcels for one order. If you order items that are stored in different places, they ship separately and can arrive a day or two apart. You are never charged extra for this. If one box turns up and you were expecting more, check your email for a second tracking number before assuming something is missing.
Tracking
We email a tracking number to the address you used at checkout the moment your order is dispatched. If it is not in your inbox, check the spam folder — order emails land there more often than they should.
You can also follow a parcel from our Track Your Order page.
Check your address before you pay
The most common cause of a genuinely lost parcel is not the carrier. It is an apartment number that did not make it into the address field.
If you spot a mistake after ordering, email support@buyazy.com straight away. Before the parcel leaves the warehouse we can usually fix it. After dispatch, the address is with the carrier and our options narrow considerably.
If something goes wrong
These are the actual thresholds we work to, so you know when it is worth getting in touch rather than waiting and wondering:
- Tracking has not moved for 5 business days (8 for international orders) — email us and we will chase the carrier.
- Marked delivered but not there — check around the property, with anyone else in the house, and with immediate neighbors, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. Parcels left behind a gate or with a neighbor account for most of these.
- Not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch and the carrier confirms it is lost — you choose: a replacement, or a full refund.
- Arrived damaged — photograph the damage and keep the packaging, then get in touch. The packaging matters for the carrier claim.
Email support@buyazy.com with your order number and a real person will answer. Not a bot, and not a form that disappears into nowhere.
